:bulletred: Moderator/Judge Applications   :bulletred:

From the 12/01/2010 News Quote->
"On further news, I would like to say that I will be in need of members who can become Moderators/Judges for our coming contests. There will be a few stipulations you need to meet in order to qualify, and then I will be hand-picking the best people after a very short interview. The interview has to be held in real time, preferably over a message-program. I require this kind of contact because the people I will be appointing to these positions will be working with me, not under me. I desire to make this club very interactive and enjoyable! For the application form, rules, regulations, and questions..."

Interested in becoming more then just a member? Alright! You're reading the right journal, my friend.

:bulletred: Regulations
  • ] Respect. The number one rule is to be considerate and show respect to everyone. If you're having a bad day, sign out my friend. Its not worth the pain you’ll cause others.

  • ] Accountable. If you do something wrong, miss an online meeting, forget to judge in time for the final tally-- own up. If you have a legitimate reason, or even if you just plain forgot, be honest! We're all mature people here and no ones going to bite your head off. We just want to have fun, and enjoy a mutual interest!

:bulletred: FAQ-- Fact, answers, and questions
  • ] All judges will be expected to submit their votes with in a week of the contest end-date. Exceptions made me considered if the judge informs the founder before the contest end-date that they will be away, ect.

  • ] All judges will receive a higher status in the group then just a 'member'. Do not abuse it, you can be downgraded and removed from the group very easily.

  • ] Don't vote for your friends JUST because they're your friends. Seriously. I'll notice a tend in your voting pattern if you do. This is an immediate release from your duties, and any contests you have voted in will be subject to re-voting.

  • ] Judges must vote according to effort, time, and content. Style and how 'well' the person draw should NOT be what your votes are based on. As well, for written submissions grammar, sentence flow, length, and content must be accessed.
